This resource challenges youth to be open to numerous peer ministry opportunities and to recognize their calling to and potential for a life of Christian service.  The manual contains a ten-session training program that provides peer ministry team members with practical leadership and group skills and eight additional sessions to help the team become retreat facilitators for other youth.

Training program titles include the following: Developing Leadership Skills; Building a Faith Community; The Power of the Word; and The Power of the Spirit.  Retreat-planning session titles include the following: Choosing Programs; Determining Roles and Tasks; Evaluating Components; and Fellowship Experience.
