This resource consists of twenty prayer services for primary-level students. Each service includes prayers and reflections for catechists and activities and resources for children. In addition, the unit contains a music index and a listing of personal prayer resources for catechists.
Prayer service titles include the following: Very Special Me; We Are Family; Jesus Lights Our Way; Grow with Jesus; Wants and Needs; and Shepherds for Jesus. These prayer services incorporate songs, stories, discussions, silent and group prayers, meditations, and activities such as constructing a paper Advent wreath and filling in a frame with pictures of members of God’s family.
