Restrictions

• Each participant in the monthly Think Tank forum will be entered once into the random drawing regardless of how many ideas he or she posts.
• Monthly winner will be announced in the CFL News forum on the 15th of the month following the entry. The winner’s name will be used in the announcement.
• Winner must be at least 18 years of age.
• Selection of the winner is random and is not based on a post’s perceived merit.
• The Center for Learning does not advance or endorse ideas or opinions posted in the Think Tank forum nor any other part of the community and withholds the right to delete any posts deemed inconsistent with the collegial exchange of ideas.
• The award should not be used for illegal or illicit activity, but the CFL is not responsible for monitoring the use of the award.
• The winner is solely responsible for paying any and all taxes on the award (including but not limited to federal, state and/or local taxes) and the winner may be required as a conditions of receiving the award to provide his or her Social Security Number or Federal Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. The Center for Learning shall file, if required, an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service reporting the fair market value of the award received by the winner.
