This curriculum series teaches students to identify and analyze basic and advanced elements of both fiction and nonfiction genres with daily lessons and activities, including writing paragraphs at the beginning of the series and progressing to essays by the end. Each volume contains approximately 70–100 pages of topic-specific lessons and activities that teach and reinforce these skills at a level appropriate for high school Pre-AP classrooms.
