Universal recommends fastening your roll-down map to a steel backboard for the sake of giving your map or set of maps a strong, secure, stable connection to the wall.
Customers need one backboard per roller. To fasten backboards to the wall, owners of one roll-down map or a two-map set may want a narrow board holder; owners of sets of three or more maps may want a set of two wide board holders. Additional hardware (screws, for example) not included.
