Anecdotal photo cards—showing children engaging in play and other activities—zero in on important social cues (what to say when you bump into someone, how to join a game you see other kids playing) that children may find confusing or difficult to navigate. On the back of each of the 90 cards, a social- and communication-skills story discusses the possible actions and reactions of those involved, as well as practical teaching ideas and guided practice to demonstrate manners and help children thrive in social settings.
