TAKING MATH TESTS
DVD
Connect with a representative to create a custom curriculum for your district.
In this program, students not only learn how the problem-solving component of math makes it different from other content areas, but also how preparation for and taking a math test is different from other subject areas. In this program, students will learn specific strategies for answering logic problems, computational problems, data-analysis problems and, of course, word problems. Students will also learn the best strategies to use when preparing for a math exam, including the use of mnemonic devices. Students will be shown step-by-step strategies for answering math multiple-choice questions and math problems that require a written response explaining how an answer was derived.
