As they develop and use their knowledge of angles, area, perimeter, geometric shapes, and spatial concepts, students create one of four maze entrances designed to suit Geo World’s specifications. Reflection journals help students keep track of what they have learned and provide insight into their designs in letters to the theme park owners, defining each element of design, and explaining how they have incorporated it into their plans.
