BUZZ, BUZZ, BUZZ

This program uses dramatizations to help kids reflect on how it feels to be the target of rumors and gossip. The narrated program follows the trail of a rumor that might be based on a false conclusion or outright lie as it races through a school from child to child, leaving confusion and hurt feelings in its wake. Students learn how to "stop the rumor buzz" by setting the record straight with the truth, getting facts directly, and owning up and apologizing when they’ve spread a rumor.
