Explorations help younger students find out what it takes to make career dreams come true. Jobs are organized into nine clusters from agriculture and natural resources to transportation. Based on three broad themes (The Choice is Yours, Discovering Your Skills, Ability-Effort-Achievement), the 84-page student worktext shows men and women of various ethnicities engaged in a range of occupations. The activity book has 75 additional exercises to expand concepts taught in the student book. Activities include letter writing, building a family job tree, making a skills bank, and setting goals.
