EFFECTIVE NOTE-TAKING

In this program, students will learn about a variety of different note-taking methods, including the Cornell Outlining, Mapping, Sentence, and Charting methods. Students will become familiar with the components of a lecture and learn how this knowledge can help them become more effective note-takers. Students will also learn about the importance of active listening in the note-taking process, and which note-taking methods work best with individual learning styles.
