Student groups enter into extended scenarios that turn the classroom into miniature societies, in which individual responses to changing situations affect not only their own group, but often the class as a whole, resulting in a different learning experience every time. Each unit comes with a teacher’s guide outlining everything needed to run the unit, from planning guides and preparation checklists to handout masters, reproducible graphic organizers, and assessment rubrics. Some units may also include a pack of 35 student guides, a wall map, or other paraphernalia peculiar to the unit.
