In describing what cannabis is and what it does, this program follows "Josh," a 15-year-old user who details its deleterious effects on his body and his social life. A broad look at legal considerations precedes a lengthy discussion about ways to kick the habit: although often regarded as a relatively safe, "soft" drug, a fraction of cannabis users do become dependent.
