Designed to help students get organized, this lively program gives tips on setting goals and priorities, and allows students to stay in charge of their schoolwork. Viewers learn about a specific brain function that helps people plan, organize, and focus on a single task; routines and rituals to get organized and retreat from distractions; useful review strategies; ten tips to help fight procrastination; and the "big bad three"—disorganization, procrastination, and distraction.
