DownloadConnect with a representative to create a custom curriculum for your district.
Through a game approach, teach outlining, note-taking, and listening skills while introducing U.S. history topics.
To play the game, students divide into eight lecture teams, take turns presenting prepared lectures, listen, take notes, prepare a composite outline with their teammates, and check their results against the “master” outline provided. The winner is the team with the lowest number of errors. Contains eight lectures, 16 outline forms, and 16 correct outlines, as well as exercises which help students to paraphrase, summarize, and organize data. Includes such topics as “Development of Political Democracy,” “Immigrants,” and “Technological Achievements.”
