Having first been given the drug by friends in high school, Randy—who has no history of ADHD—quickly became addicted and eventually lied to his doctor to obtain a prescription of his own. Now dropped out of college and working as a handyman as he tries to salvage his relationship with his girlfriend, he realizes the damage the pills have done to his well-being.
