To show teens how to design nourishing and wholesome meals based on the MyPlate campaign from the USDA, this program demonstrates not only what foods should be eaten, but the amounts in which they ought to be consumed in proportion to an entire meal. The program focuses on the best sources of calcium and lean protein, how to incorporate fruits and vegetables, and how to make at least half of daily grains whole. Grades 6–12. Closed captioned.
